Auchfest 26 - The Big One!

Free Ticket Registration

We are looking forward to welcoming you to AuchFest, taking place from Friday 26th June to Sunday 28th June. Please take a moment to read the important information below to help ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable weekend.

 Event Tickets

 All attendees must register for a free event ticket, Please ensure every member of your party secures a ticket before attending.

 Vehicle Information

 To help manage the event safely and efficiently:

• All vehicles must remain parked at your caravan pitch throughout the event.
• The only exception is for Blue Badge holders, who may use the designated accessible parking area.
• Please note that disabled parking spaces are limited, so we encourage eligible guests to arrive early. 

Visitor Parking

For guests visiting from outside the park:

• Parking is available at £10 per vehicle per day.
• The car park will open from 11:00am each day.
• There are 60 parking spaces available, and these will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.
• Only card payments will be accepted and will be collected by the parking attendant upon arrival.

Main Complex Car Park Closure

Please be advised that the main complex car park will be closed from Wednesday evening in preparation for the event. All vehicles must be removed from this area before the closure takes effect.

Facility Access During AuchFest

To accommodate the event:

• The Starlight Suite, Sports Bar, Restaurant & Takeaway will be closed throughout AuchFest.
• Food will be served in the Food Area outside the Sports Bar.
• In the event of torrential rain, these arrangements may be reviewed and brought indoors.
• All other park facilities will remain open as normal.

Glass-Free Event

For the safety of all attendees, glass containers will not be permitted within the event area. Please bring drinks in plastic bottles or plastic cups only.
