FAQ

I wish to cancel or amend my booking?

You can do this by logging into your my account section and heading to "Current Bookings". You can amend and cancel from here if you are a PAYG customer whom has paid a fee this will be automaically refunded if you have cancelled the booking before it starts there will be no refunds once the time slot has passed.

I have not yet got access to the system?

If you are an owner at Auchenlarie or any of our sister parks you will have already been added to the system and should have recieved an email explaining how to activate your new account, if you have not recieved this then please get in touch so that we can assist you further.

If you are a holiday rental customer you will recieve you email inviting you to activate your account 14 days before arrival, you will then be able to activate and start booking prior to your arrival, all holiday rental customer accounts are deleted and removed from the system once you depart the park.

I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password please click the forgotten password link on the login screen this will give you the option to reset your password and gain access to your account.

Why am I not able to see future events and activities?

All bookings can only be made 14 days prior, this is inline with our fair booking policy.
